AIrecommend.ai ("we") helps businesses understand what AI assistants recommend about them. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Business name, category, location, and email when you run a visibility scan
• Report data generated from your scan (stored in a signed token, not a permanent database unless you opt into monitoring)
• Anonymous usage data via the Super Pixel (referrer, page path, conversion events)

How we use it

• Generate and deliver AI visibility reports
• Email your report link when you request it
• Improve our scanning and attribution products
• Respond to support requests

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may use third-party AI APIs to run scans and email providers to deliver reports. Reports you share via link are accessible to anyone with the URL.

Super Pixel data

On participating client websites, our Super Pixel collects referrer, landing path, UTM parameters, and anonymous session IDs to attribute AI-sourced visits. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. Event data is stored in Supabase. Clients may request deletion by emailing hello@airecommend.ai.
